Last Updated: September 22, 2026
Welcome to Manravik. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, digital services, software solutions, technology services, and related offerings.
By accessing our website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. Our Services
Manravik provides technology, digital, software, IT, and related professional services. Our services may include web development, custom software development, SaaS solutions, mobile application development, UI/UX design, digital marketing, cloud and DevOps services, AI and automation solutions, hardware support, laptop and desktop repair, printer repair, and related IT services.
The exact scope of work, features, deliverables, timeline, pricing, support and other project conditions will be defined in the applicable quotation, proposal, agreement, purchase order, statement of work, or written communication accepted by both parties.
2. Project Scope and Requirements
Before commencement of a project, the client is responsible for providing accurate and complete requirements, content, documents, credentials, access details, brand assets and other information reasonably required for project execution.
Any feature, functionality, integration, design change or requirement that is not included in the agreed scope may be considered an additional requirement and may involve additional development time and charges.
Changes requested after approval of the scope, design or functionality may affect the estimated project timeline and cost.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by Manravik are prepared based on the information and requirements available at the time of estimation.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, additional requirements, features, third-party services, hosting, domains, licenses, premium software, APIs, plugins, themes, payment gateway charges and other external services may be charged separately.
Applicable taxes and government charges, where required, may be additional to the quoted amount.
The final project cost will be based on the mutually agreed scope and commercial terms.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or agreement.
Where milestone-based payments are agreed, project work and delivery will proceed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Manravik reserves the right to temporarily pause development, deployment, support, maintenance or delivery where agreed payments remain outstanding.
Any advance or milestone payment may be subject to the cancellation and refund conditions specified in the applicable quotation or agreement.
5. Project Timeline and Delivery
Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and depend on timely communication, approvals, content, access and other dependencies.
Delays caused by late information, delayed approvals, changes in requirements, delayed payments, third-party services, hosting issues, API dependencies or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Manravik may affect the delivery schedule.
The final delivery will be considered complete when the agreed scope and deliverables have been provided, subject to the applicable project agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate project information, required content, documents, credentials and access within the required timeframe.
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving designs, content, functionality and deliverables within a reasonable period.
The client must ensure that all content, trademarks, images, documents, data and other materials supplied to Manravik are legally owned, licensed or authorized for use.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that its business activities, website content and requested functionality comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Third-Party Services
Certain projects may require third-party services including hosting providers, domain registrars, cloud platforms, payment gateways, email services, SMS providers, external APIs, maps, analytics platforms, software licenses, plugins or other third-party technologies.
Such services are governed by the respective terms, pricing, availability and policies of their providers.
Manravik is not responsible for interruptions, changes, suspension, pricing changes or technical limitations caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights relating to custom-developed deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement and payment terms.
Client-provided logos, trademarks, images, documents, content and other materials remain the property of the respective client or rights holder.
Unless expressly transferred through a written agreement, Manravik retains ownership of its pre-existing frameworks, reusable components, libraries, development methodologies, generic code, tools, templates and internal technologies.
Third-party software, libraries, plugins, themes, APIs and other licensed components remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Confidentiality
Manravik respects the confidentiality of information provided by clients for the purpose of delivering services.
Where required, confidentiality obligations may be further established through a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement or project agreement.
Confidential information does not include information that is publicly available, independently developed, lawfully obtained from another source, or required to be disclosed by applicable law.
10. Security and Data Protection
Manravik applies reasonable technical practices while developing and maintaining websites, applications and technology solutions.
However, no website, application, server, network or online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure against every possible threat.
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, access credentials, hosting accounts and third-party accounts under their control.
Where a security incident results from compromised credentials, insecure third-party services, unsupported software, unauthorized client-side modifications or circumstances outside our reasonable control, responsibility will be determined according to the applicable project agreement.
11. Hardware Repair and Parts
For laptop, desktop, printer and other hardware-related services, a technical diagnosis may be required before providing a final repair estimate.
Replacement components may be original, OEM, compatible or refurbished depending on availability, device requirements and client approval.
Applicable repair charges and replacement-part costs will be communicated before replacement work is carried out wherever reasonably possible.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of important data before submitting any device for repair or maintenance.
Manravik will not be responsible for data loss resulting from existing hardware failure, storage-device failure, operating-system issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where a repair or replacement warranty is provided, it will apply only to the specific service or component and for the period communicated at the time of service.
12. Acceptable Use
Clients must not knowingly use Manravik's services, software solutions or technology infrastructure for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious or unauthorized activities.
Services must not be used to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized system access, violate intellectual property rights, compromise systems, facilitate fraud or otherwise participate in activities prohibited by applicable law.
Manravik reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where a requested activity presents legal, security or other legitimate concerns.
13. Support and Maintenance
Support and maintenance are provided according to the service package, quotation, subscription or agreement applicable to the project.
Unless specifically included, ongoing maintenance, content updates, feature modifications, hosting management, third-party service charges and additional development work may be charged separately.
Response times and support availability may vary depending on the service package and applicable agreement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Manravik shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, services, software or third-party services.
This may include loss of business, revenue, profits, data or business opportunities resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any specific liability limitations applicable to a particular project will be governed by the relevant agreement or statement of work.
15. Service Availability
Manravik may temporarily suspend or restrict access to its website or services for maintenance, upgrades, security requirements, infrastructure issues or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain service availability, uninterrupted or completely error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
16. Cancellation and Termination
Project or service cancellation and termination will be governed by the applicable quotation, proposal, agreement or statement of work.
Upon cancellation or termination, the client remains responsible for approved work completed up to the termination date, applicable non-cancellable third-party expenses and other charges incurred under the agreed terms.
Delivery of project files, source code, credentials or deployment access may be subject to completion of applicable payment obligations and the terms of the relevant agreement.
17. Changes to These Terms
Manravik may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, technology or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with the corresponding "Last Updated" date.
